After a lot of chasing finally my claim against Ryanair is being actioned. Let us see what happens.
It is, to me anyway, absolutely cuckoo that I am forced to take Ryanair to court. They don’t need to be so bad at this sort of thing. But the qualities of a company (or a country) are displayed in the ways they deal with people. Today it seems that people who should know better think that might is right and that they can bully people – and that people will back down.
And the people in charge, the directors, are the ones responsible for ensuring that a company is run properly – so are the Ryanair directors doing their job?
