Ryanair Customer Support – An Oxymoron

My issue with Ryanair

I will document in full my issue with Ryanair but I want to give people a quick summary of the issue. It isn’t life changing but this sort of thing does annoy me. Ryanair make enough money from aviation and they do not need to use dark practices to cheat people out of money that is due back to them.

If every year 0.1 % of passengers of Ryanair are cheated out of 60 euro – that adds up to 11,000,000e per annum.
