I have travelled many times with Ryanair. Over the years, like others, I have learnt to deal with their rules – and I understand them. In fact I kind of like and respect Ryanair as an airline.
What I don’t like or understand is the “support system” when things go wrong – which they will in any company from time to time. Their customer support is designed to send you in loops and drive you crazy so you eventually give up – in despair and with a bad taste in your mouth. Do Ryanair really need to defraud their customers? They do quite well out of aviation without stealing funds that rightly belong to their customers.
What I also don’t understand is why our legislators, both European and in Ireland, Ryanair shareholders and Ryanair investors can allow this to be the way.
Michael O’Leary will probably tell me to get a real job. But my father always told me it is never wrong to call out bullies or to do the right thing. My dad trumps Michael.
I want to shine a light on the Ryanair practices and maybe, just maybe, stop Ryanair getting away with daylight robbery. This website is one platform but I am also proceeding with a small claims court action. Follow for more updates on the campaign.
